Absolutely dreadful. Rude, impatient, and he blames the patient for his incompetence as an optometrist. Very unkind. I've never been mistreated at this level by a physician. I would personally pay for you to go somewhere else if you were to choose Howard over any other optometrist. I've had to return to him several times to fix my prescription, and he creates new excuses each time (astigmatism sufferers shouldn't have polycarbonate lenses, I'm stupid for not seeing, etc.) Never go to this man.
