I am 67 years old, I met Dr Gesling PA at Capital Region ER. He is a very polite young man that speaks to a Peason in an understandable way. He makes good eye contact, and He listens to what You have to say. I felt reassured and comfortable. My Sister was with Me, this gave Her the chance to Thank Dr Gesling personally as He had set Her arm after a fall She had. The follow-up Physican had told Her it may need pins as this was a compound fracture, and difficult to set. Especially since She waited 2 days to have it set. As it turned out Dr Gesling set it PERFECTLY in the ER...No pins needed. He is awesome. I hope to be His patients when He gets a Private Practice. 5 STARS+++
