My adult-age daughter was sent to the ED from the clinic without her consent. She has the option as an adult to leave against medical advice but she was not even offered that option. I heard him talking at her and not to her in a yelling, disrespectful voice. She later asked for her medical records, and she described the depiction of her to have been 'really bad' she felt shamed by it. I definitely would not go to that clinic at all.

James is a very sharp professional. Unlike some in the medical field, he listens to you very carefully. His treatment, advice and referrals have been spot on. If you are covered by Kaiser Permanente and don't have a primary care provider, I highly recommend James.

I went in for post concussive symptoms and felt frustrated by my persistent headaches. Dassel was very friendly, understanding, patient and showed genuine concern for my health. By the end of the visit, I felt relieved and thankful.
