Dr. James Cruz, DC

I recently went to see this provider. He was nice, warm, kind and professional. But at the end, it was not a good experience. I had a great chiropractor but my insurance changed so I had to try someone new. I went to see this provider for the first time, I told him upfront that I get really sick from massages (and from any other form of muscle stimulation specially if I go during allergy season or when I have sniffles). But I don't think I was heard. He did a procedure on me that stimulated my muscles anyway (I can't remember what it is called, sorry). At the end, when I reached my car, I was really sick. I have not been this sick in years. Every person is unique and should be treated uniquely and should be listened to carefully, and take their concerns seriously. I was not aware that what he was doing was muscle stimulation, otherwise I would have asked him to stop. I was told at the end that it was muscle stimulation. I wish him and his staff all the best, but I will not return.
