SUPER rude and condescending. Without asking a single question recommended I get off two medication I definitely need to be on then didn’t even want to run bloodwork I know I needed because I don’t feel well. Guess what came back? Abnormal work that requires follow up care.. Do not go to her she does not care about patients and shouldn’t be in the medical field… RUN do not walk away!

Jaime is by far the BEST doctor I have ever seen or been to in my life. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She is informed and well educated in diabetic and many other issues ive experienced in the past 4 years. I am very loyal and dedicated to her and her advise and diagnosis when needed. I hope to be able to continue with her for many years to come. I can always be honest and open about all my physical and emotional issues and she is very supportive in finding healthy and safe solutions to my medical needs. She always gets back to you. Always fills scripts and is willing to talk to you during your visits and help you to understand your lab results and how to live a better healthy life. Your the best jaime. I have never had any issues with her before and always liked and respected her. However, she laughed/smirked at me when I asked for a MRI for my daughter who has had 3 weeks of migraines that wouldn't go away. After the MRI, that I insisted on, my daughter was referred to a neurologist for brain/optic nerve swelling and inflammation. I had to insist on this MRI and good thing I did. My daughter refuses to go back and see her now.

Jamie is by far the best Healthcare specialist I have seen in the last 30 years. She always explains everything about my health thouroughly and takes the time to answer all of my questions...Great Bedside Manner and is not afraid to tell me if I am doing something against my health plan. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jaime is Excellent at the care she gives out and recommendations she gives to help correct any health issues that arise. She is very knowledgeable in the field of expertise that she works in. It nice to have someone that actually cares for the patient. I couldn’t ask for anyone better than her. I would recommend her to everyone! Jamie is condescending & uneducated. I felt dismissed & belittled by her. She couldn’t answer any of my sensitive gynecological questions and refused to refer me to a specialist because “they won’t know the answer either.” She offered to run some tests to “pacify” me. Guess what? The tests she ran had irregular results and the OB/GYN I was eventually referred to was able to answer all my unanswerable questions. Save yourself the money and your self-esteem. Go to an actual doctor.

Ms. Serrano is a very good professional Nurse. She cares and she really goes the extra mile for her patients. I really enjoy her honesty and bedside manner as she spends a good amount of time with you. She thinks outside the box on things too so she knows her job too so what more can you ask for.
