WORST experience ever!!! Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. After diligently emailing my insurance informacion I need advance for verification, my appointment was confirmed. When I arrived to my appointment, it turns out that they would not accept my insurance. They were either unwilling or un capable to call me, or email prior to arrival!? When a practice/office manager is incapable of dialing a phone number or replying to a email, that reflects the quality of the healthcare provider.
