Jamie and his firm are highly negligent, I “fired” him once and they tricked me into taking him on by not telling me it was him again, only that I was getting a “male” counsellor again. He disappeared for months because of a vague “medical event” and I was never reassigned anyone. People in the office barely speak English and they had thugs in the waiting room.
