I've trying to make an appointment and they hang up on my face when I said: Hi, I'd like to make an appointment! Who does that? I called 3 times more ( maybe it was a mistake) but the same thing happened. Now, they don't even pick up the phone. Very weird. You should pay attention to your staff. The therapists are great. No complaints.
