We met Jackie at a very important milestone In my life (getting cardiac bypass surgery). She was very professional, attentive and an excellent negotiator with my insurance back in Canada. We met again for a follow up and she was very thorough with the medical explanations and further rehab advice. We are very grateful for your heartfelt care.
