Jackie Simonetti was on time for the visit. She was very professional, attentive and caring. She listened and was sensitive to my condition and needs and displayed that she was looking out for my best interest. She was very thorough but did not rush my appointment. I have and will continue to recommend her to all of my family, friends and acquaintances.

45 minutes late for my appointment. Never apologized. Asked her to look into a condition I have that I need a prescription to treat. Three weeks later, still not heard from her. Waste of time going to her. Spent entire time staring at her computer. Very impersonal. However, the Office staff is very nice.
