I usually loathe being placed under anesthesia, but Jacqueline Kaiser was such a kind, caring, professional person and she put me right at ease. Her focus was what made ME feel comfortable and not what was an easier for her. She was with me through the entire procedure and made sure that I knew she was there. I was terrified going into this procedure, but I was so happy I had Jacqueline Kaiser there to help me through it.
