Jacqueline Hooper, NP

I don't understand these other reviews. I have been seeing Jaqueline Hooper for several years now, and she has always been very kind and understanding to me, even giving me a hug when I needed one. She has always explained everything to me very thoroughly and always asks if I have any questions. I will continue to see her as long as she is practicing!

Incredibly rude! Jacqueline Hooper was such a terrible encounter I made them cancel the appointment during the visit and made sure not to be billed. I could over hear them speaking negatively of me in the hallway as well. This all started when the receptionist made the wrong type of appointment for me but then later continued when I arrived and Jacqueline did not care to assist and was not understanding. She even clapped in my face while talking to me like a toddler because at first fully understanding the issue or who she was because she never even introduced herself. I even took these issues to the Customer feedback line i asked about at the conclusion of the visit and at least they cared.

Went for a swollen leg. She sent me to emergency room immediately. I was diagnosed with a blood clot in my leg.

She is the worst nurse practitioner I have ever been too. During the appointment she refused to listen to me. Then she made fun of me for not feeling well. She had a very harsh bedside manner. She also did not treat me for what I went in for. I had been coughing for days and unable to sleep and she refused to give me cough syrup. I called back the next day that I sill coughed all night and she still refused to give me the cough meds I need.
