Midwife Jacqueline is very compassionate and caring. She listened to me and also explained every option that I had available to deliver my baby. She also went to see me in my hospital room after I delivered my baby with one of her colleagues who works at the same practice.I love her!

Jacqueline has delivered all four of my children, and she has been a true gem to my family. I highly recommend her and refer her to all my friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about being under jackies care during and after my pregnancies. She is very knowledgeable and always made me feel at ease with any questions I had. Over the course of my pregnancy her and I built a relationship that made me feel very safe and that she genuinely cared about how my baby and I were doing. I moved here from NY and absolutely loved my Ob-gyn. I didn't think anyone could take his place until I started seeing Jacqueline. Jacqueline has a personality that completely makes you feel at ease. She has the most incredible bedside manner with a humor to ease the tension. She understands women's health better than anyone I've known. She is compassionate, gentle, kind and just downright amazing. She is by far the most knowledgeable in the area of women's health and she takes her time to explain everything in detail. I give her the highest recommendation that one can. She is truly the best of the best.

Jacque is a caring and compassionate person who takes the time to understand her patients. I met with her about my menopause symptoms and she prescribed hormones. I was experiencing some side effects, and she could tell that I was not comfortable, so she recommended another solution. She shared her own experiences with menopause and demonstrated empathy for my situation. Not many health care professionals today spend time speaking with their patients like Jacque does. It definitely made my experience much more pleasant one.

Jacqueline delivered both of my boys and was so kind. She knew I was scared and reassured me every step of the way. She pays attention to everything that needs to be monitored, nothing goes under her nose. She is kind, sweet, patient, and loves to have fun. She’s my favorite midwife and hopefully only

First pregnancy and founding out at 5 months is quite overwhelming itself. I’m so glad I found this office not being too far from me and my job to make things a bit easier for me. Gracefully I was blessed with Jacquline as a midwife to care for me and my baby the few months I had left of being pregnant. At first it’s always hard for me to build a relationship with someone but Jacqueline was one funny, heartwarming soul. Coming up to my due date and at the time of my labor I kept asking if she would be there, that’s just how much comfort she brung me and gladly she was there by the grace of god. She delivered my healthy baby and guided me through it all so graciously. Biggest thank you to her and the wonderful nurses at West Boca for making my pregnancy and labor such a beautiful experience, makes me want to do it all over again. Thank you Jacque! Tons of love!

Jacquline is a very knowledgeable and compassionate provider. I have seen her several times during my pregnancy over the past few months and she has earned my trust and respect. It is evident that she is patient oriented and I always receive good quality care. In some instances, I needed short-notice attention and care, and she always made time for me. She was one of the most caring and kind professional that I have come across in the industry a british American with a very can help attitude thank you for taking care of me nurse Jackie in my hour of need. The office clean and inviting. I was the first appointment in the afternoon so there was no waiting to be seen. The Midwife was very thorough and answered all my questions and even offered advise on exercising to assist me in the birth process. Loved the staff and would definitely recommend.

Professional and easy to talk to. Very resourceful

Was not very impressed. Felt like I was just being processed like cattle. she talked like she knew quite a bit about her job,that's great, but did not answer questions that were very important to me and I would rather seeing someone else.

Horrid bedside manners. She was annoyed my previous practice did not write in my records that I had placenta previa. She kept pushing at the topic as of it were my fault I had the condition and it wasn’t written into my records. She told me I had to get up from the table a certain way to not “continue” my bad posture. I asked why she used that word and if that meant I had bad posture, she rolled her eyes at me and told me she “was just sayin.” So apparently it was my fault for having placenta previa and not knowing it wasn’t written into my docs and now my fault she can’t speak correct English and instead gets mad at me for asking for a clarification. As a patient, I’d like to know why I could have bad posture and how to fix it. Don’t misspeak and then be rude to me because you made a mistake and can’t own up to it, especially with it being so small. Rest of appointment went in similar, rude fashion, but I’ve run out of characters. If you ask questions, prepare to be scoffed at.

She is terrible. Working in the medical profession myself I know some people give unfair ratings because they leave the office angry. I went for my routine check up. I was a new patient to her. She didn’t even look at me in the eyes and talk to me like a person. I felt like a number. Every question I had, she didn’t answer. Told me to do my own breast exam. She couldn’t get out of the exam room fast enough. I was a morning appointment so not like she was running behind. Will never go back again
