Extremely bad patient service. No quality time spent with the patient. She came in and out of my ER room and spent less than 30 seconds each time. Did not listen to my concerns with patience, did not pay attention, didn’t do a full check of the area in pain and blindly ordered CT scan etc with no final communication about the results. She was basically attending 10 patients at once seemed like. Very unprofessional and bad

I saw Ms. Concaugh at the Inova ER and she was hands down the coldest, rudest, most apathetic medical professional I’ve ever encountered. I heard her be abrupt and dismissive with several other patients too, so it wasn’t just me. Everyone has bad days but this was too much - at one point I started crying because it was so startling to have someone talk to me (and others) that way when I was obviously in a really vulnerable/sick state. My opinion is that people with personalities like Ms. Concaugh’s don’t belong in healthcare, especially not in an emergency setting where calmness and compassion are requirements of the job.
