I felt like he wasn’t good at giving advice nor did he actually do any DBT/CBT exorcises with me. He also made me feel bad for trauma dumping by suggesting I don’t talk about certain things fa even though I was literally paying him to listen.

Dr White has went above and beyond what I expected in helping me deal with life’s struggles. He was able to get me in quick for the initial visit and given me many tools to manage my life to be a better me. He has helped when others didn’t.

Great therapist. Very easy to talk to, he makes you feel very comfortable. He definitely creates a judgement free environment in which you feel open to express yourself. Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal therapist. after seeing several other people in town that were not helpful. Dr. White was the only one that understood me and that has helped.
