My usual doctor was not available. I was able to be seen by nurse Practitioner Jacob. I was presently surprised by his level of care and professionalism. He took his time and listened carefully to my concerns, answered all my questions and provided clear and thoughtful recommendations for my situation. He ordered tests to be done stat and I was able to get my insurance approved and my test done and less than 8 hours. I felt confident and well taken care of while my normal doctor was not available.

I made an 'emergency' appointment through Dr. Henry Fisher's Office. The doctor was fully book but they squeezed me in with the Nurse Practitioner, Jacob. He is polite and has wonderful bedside manner. He's very patient, calming, listens intently, asked questions, took notes, and conducted a physical exam which many medical professionals don't do anymore. He took my concerns seriously and made me feel heard. He instills confidence. I felt well-taken-care-of.
