Telehealth
I saw Jacob for a few years. Other reviewers get it right: he is neither compassionate nor knowledgeable. We did a DNA compatibility test once, but he had no idea what to do with it. After a few months and few more med trials he stopped looking at the results he went back to prescribing meds predicted to have moderate adverse reactions, and !shocker! they did. He has zero empathy for crippling side effects like dizziness, panic attacks or dissociation that get in the way of being functional (and felt dangerous at times). He only listens if you say the magic words 'suicidal thoughts'. He will gaslight you if you aren't having a typical side-effects to medication. I specifically remember one time several years ago that he floated the idea that maybe I just wasn't trying hard enough in my personal life because our many trials (of mostly SSRI's-SNRI's) hadn't worked (even though the DNA results said I may not respond well to SSRI's). I'm still stunned in hindsight that he said that.

Not happy with my services here
Not happy with my services here, i guess it just wasn't for me but the communications wasn't the best they didn't return my calls ever and always on hold forever, but God bless y'all i don't dislike anyone just wasn't for me, wish but nothing the best, thank you

I have had a great experience over the last 6 months with Jacob. With his guidance on medications I am no longer feeling suicidal, dark thoughts are clearing and I am starting to find my light again. Felt educated and never pressured to start or continue a medication. Highly recommend.

Inexperienced kid just out of school, cares more about his job than his patients, couldn’t answer questions, and shouldn’t be allowed to practice.
