This professional has been prescribing my sister 4 highly mind-altering drugs for almost a year. Since I have HIPAA and POA I accompanied my sister to at least 2 of her appointments. At the first one I questioned whether it was healthy to prescribe drugs with no talk therapy. He seemed to think it was. At the second appointment I questioned whether my sister should be driving when she’s often very foggy headed and seems incapable of even walking. He asked my highly medicated sister what she thought. I responded immediately, saying, Please don’t make this a battle between 2 sisters. It’s a public safety issue.This week my sister was nauseous when she woke up and attempted to cancel her appointment by phone. When she called she was told she couldn’t cancel and would be charged, but could do a Zoom chat in place of coming in person. She attempted a Zoom chat. Mr. Cole wasn’t there. Then my sister made an appointment for the next day. Mr. Cole wasn’t there for it either
