At first this place did a good job being on top of me because I am a high risk patient. However, towards the end when they noticed things were going down south, I felt like I was tossed to the side. Jaclyn told me I was having a miscarriage but didn’t even have the audacity to follow up with me that weekend. She told me if I did not have any symptoms to come in the following week to do another ultrasound. I called the office to tell them I had no symptoms of a miscarriage. Ashley was on the phone and told me that Jaclyn would no longer take my case and be transferred to the fetus facility in Paramus. I had to find another facility to explain exactly what was going on. They immediately called me in for another ultrasound. I am disgusted at the way this place made me feel in the end and I do not recommend this place if you are a high risk patient

My wife recently gave birth at Valley Hospital with the help of Jaclyn Smith. We could not have had a more positive birth experience thanks to Jackie's help and expertise. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking care from a midwife.
