The girls at Minute Clinic were terrific. We have had Jackie a few times before and she always does my daughter’s physical. She is thorough, much more than my daughter’s doctor! She makes sure Ally is fit from head to toe. We love coming here and would recommend it to anyone for fast, friendly, and knowledgeable services!

This woman was EXTREMELY rude and uncaring towards me. She acted like I was faking my illness when she couldn't actually SEE my symptoms. I couldn't believe the manner in which she spoke to me, and then, she picked up my credit card without permission and put it into her machine while I was still trying to ask her a question. She told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with me which made me feel awful seeing that I had been suffering for at least a week. If she couldn't figure it out, so be it--but how dare she try to tell me the symptoms I was having didn't exist? I couldn't believe she thought it was okay for her to take my card without permission. When I called her out on her rudeness, she became even more disrespectful and then refused to let me leave the clinic until she was certain she could get payment from me. Once it went through, she told me to leave HER clinic. I am filing complaints with several orgs. 100% unprofessional, rude & on a serious power trip. NO stars.
