Dr. Jack Rubin, OD

I've been a patient of Dr. Brink and Associates since I was a little girl and have had several of their doctors over my time there. Dr. Rubin by far is my most favorite doctor of them all. He is the most personable, patient and caring doctors there. Not only is he knowledgeable of what he is doing as your Optometrist but also takes in consideration your total health of what all it encompasses into the exam and how that also can be effecting your vision. He will go into full details of explaining everything. He truly has gone above and beyond for his patients. He builds a good rapport with them that makes them life long patients. I cannot thank Dr. Rubin enough for being the incredible doctor that he is to ALL of my family! We are all so thankful that he still hasn't retired after all of this time because his patients like us matter that much to him to keep coming in! :) He is amazing what he does and you don't find doctors that genuinely love and care about their patients like he does.

Dr. Rubin provided great care despite my appointment scheduled for the end of the day, last minute. Very good at explaining everything and I look forward to returning for my next annual exam. Entire staff was accommodating.

I actually saw the other optometrist in the office on both 8/21 and 8/22 re: concern for solar eclipse eye damage. I was told, prior to my coming in from one of their front office staff members, that since this eye exam visit would be considered "medical", my copay of a specialists' visit would apply ($15 for this through BCBS). I had my eye exam on 8/21 and 8/22 for same concern. The office assured me it would be $15. I just received a bill for $185 from this office. I'm so upset!
