Jacee is amazing!!!!!She is the fourth place we took our daughter to and the FIRST to LISTEN to us without making us feel like we were crazy. She was the most helpful and supportive She spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel rushed.

We were not given the appropriate paperwork for the labs or instructions on how to get them as this is our first time dealing with OU and it is very different than we have ever encountered before. It has become QUITE the ordeal, and we still have not been able to get the requested labs.

We were not happy with the care we received. The NP said she was concerned, but did not act like it. After reviewing the notes, the NP listed several things about the visit that did not happen. Previous test results were not explained and the primary purpose of the appointment was not discussed.

Jacee Harcourt is amazing. She listens to our concerns, explains things very well, and has given instructions that have made a huge difference for our child. She seems to have a great understanding of the GI issues associated with ASD, which can be hard to find in many parts of the state. We drive a long way to see her, but it's worth it!
