Cancelled my appointments last minute!
I had scheduled 4 appointments with Ms. Diaz on April 15, and knew I wouldn't be able to see her until June. I scheduled 4 appointments hoping we would be a good fit and I could continue to see her after that. One hour before my first appointment she cancels the appointment. I think "no prob" because I had appointment set for the following Monday. Well 7 minutes after our appointment was set to start she cancelled it! So very unprofessional. She then emails me that she cannot take any new patients. This would have been great to know back in April 15th, I could have searched for a different therapist.
