The service I received was absolutely amazing... I'm overly thankful I found Ivanna, at tx dermatology. From the front desk to the M.A to the provider and scheduling dept. We're just fantastic. Ivanna was able to help me with something I been dealing with for years. Her bedside manners were 100% The Best. I Anna was prompt and friendly and focused on my needs. She was very helpful about recommending products for my skin needs. I will return to her ease with patients and her wealth of information.

I had my initial appointment for a rash, skin tags and skin irritation. She wrote me 3 prescriptions that worsened my skin rash x 100. I had to wait another month for my second appointment where she did nothing but prescribe me more medication which she had already prescribed. I cancelled my follow up appointment because I didn’t want to pay another $31 co-pay. I’m in the process of fighting my health insurance company for a referral to another dermatologist. I’m a combat Veteran and I deserve quality healthcare. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!

Mrs Saucedo She so patient , kind and compassionate. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and I did not feel rushed at all. So thankful for a provider like her !

She was excellent. We were seen quickly (before appt time) and she made my daughter feel very comfortable. I even made an appointment for myself. Highly recommend.

I have been to Texas Dermatology before but this is the first time to be seen by Ms. Saucedo. I found her to be competent, efficient and friendly. She was helpful but had an air of common sense, something that is often lacking in this day.
