Isabelle has this wonderful ability to just watch children and how they interact and react with their environment and their parent(s)/family and from that interaction alone, she can determine what the child is lacking or will benefit from. She has an amazing gift and a way of showing, without words, that she is there to help. I found it impossible to spend any time at all around Isabelle and not learn something new and useful. She is fair but firm, open-minded and most of all, caring. 5 stars is not enough.
