Fantastic. Great interaction with me as a patient. Demonstrated sincere concern for me and my health challenges. Followed-up when she said she would. Even engaged in professional conversations where both of our careers intersected. I had terrible interactions with her co-worker, Robert Kobelja, M.D., he should take lessons from her on how to deal effectively with patients.
