She goes above and beyond for you. She can relate to us addicts and gives you the resources you need to get back up. However, you have to really want it because no matter how much she calls you she can want you to get sober but at the end of the day it has to be you ready to start a new you, a new life. She is a great counselor and you can tell she really cares. Thank you Irma for being you!!!

She is a friendly, helpful, and professional woman. That is only when she has initiated the conversation at hand. when i called her 3 separate times, she never called me back. I did finally reach her and was very disappointed with her unprofessional manner. she was very rude and spoke to me me as if my call annoyed her. She was no help at all.
