It is my pleasure to write a review on behalf of Dr. Iris Roberts, OD. She is a professional to trust, committed to her field for the benefits of her patients (including family). Her extended knowledgeable, compassionate, being a good listener and communicator, I knew I was in good hands. Along, with her sense of humor, caring for each individual patient (young or old) and their needs is key. Even when she isn't in her office, the communications are wonderful and her peers and staff know exactly what the visit will entail. When entering her practice, the staff is welcoming and considerate. Having her practice in Lens Crafters at the Roosevelt Field Mall on the Lower Level is convenient and they both work together well.
I highly recommend Dr. Iris Roberts for young and old alike.
