Very knowledgeable and professional. Empathetic and listen. Help you set your goals and create you plan based on your lifestyle. Does not push you on pay plans or diets as others, unless is what you are looking for. We went as a family and came with a plan that worked for all of us. More than a diet plan, they help you create healthier habits and diets that you can follow for the rest of your life. If you need something more than a crash diet, and someone that can listen to your struggles and help you overcome them, this is the place for you. It will change your life.

Irene is an excellent dietician. She is extremely dedicated to her job and her patients. She takes her time and really gives you a lot of information about food and nutrition. I'm seeing results already and this is only my third visit!
