Terrible
I got more from one hour with my new therapist than I got from Irene in three months. She was always 5 minutes late to appointments and wrapped up a few minutes early. She started our conversations with "what do you want to talk about today?" with no guidance. She just told me to journal a lot and "sit with my thoughts." Not bad advice, but when that's the ONLY advice? Not good. She never gave me my own set time. Instead, we had to schedule each new appointment at the end of the current one which meant I might see in her in 2 weeks, 3, or a month. This practice did NOTHING for my stress. I would NOT recommend her at all.
