Very impersonal and unprofessional
Telehealth
She didn’t take time to review my chart, key points in regards to my care were ignored and left unaddressed. After waiting more than 30 minutes for her to join the telehealth visit she said nice to meet you as if it was the first visit I had with her. I had reached out with concerns on my mercy and got a very generic answer to which she said she had just seen but wasn’t aware of before the phone call. I have seen her both in person and telehealth. I would steer clear at all costs!
