Dr. Kusens is not very professional she instead of listening to you, she is very demanding asking questions all the time, she is not patient, she is always in a hurry and, tells you that she is about to receive another patient/client, I had a very bad experience with her in my two visits, I am not planning to return.

Dr. Ilene Kusens is always very impatient and rush. She is not empathetic nor a good listener. Not sure why she wanted to be a psychologist if she doesn’t have the qualities and passion as a psychologist. Avoid her if you can. She got a lot of bad reviews.
