I’ve been struggling with neck and back pain for over a year and a half …hips for some years now. The most challenging has been intense excruciating back pain at night time when I’m sleeping, which started in February of this year. Strangely my back didn’t hurt during the day just my upper back, shoulders and hips.I’m done a lot of things to help heal whatever needs healing in me … yoga, exercises from a physical therapist, chiropractic work and massage therapy. Plus lots of advice from family and friends. But none of it seemed to make a significant difference.This past week, I spent 3 days, 8 hours in total with Dr. Ian Costello and his brother Dr. Josh Costello. The work they did on my back and my vestibular system was amazing. Still on my healing journey of course, but I’m on night 4 with a significant decrease in lower back pain. Also! My vestibular issues have improved! So grateful to them both!
