I was referred to this PA at Kaiser for an orthopedics consult on an ongoing shoulder problem. He kept me waiting 25 minutes with no apology, entered the room without knocking, and asked nothing of my work or daily activities. The motions/manipulations he did to my shoulder and arm as part of his 'evaluation' left me with intense nerve pain that kept me from sleeping that night and working the next day (desk job). He also insulted an orthopedic surgeon I had mentioned seeing for advice on a past issue. This man is completely unprofessional; I'm shocked he is employed at Kaiser.
