Ian is thorough and focused on getting your body as healthy as possible. He is worth far more than he charges and he runs on time consistently. I have had him work on my back my knee and my shoulders over the last 2 years. I am interested in being as fit as possible and I couldn't stay healthy without his services. I highly recommend him
