I had the most pleasant experience with Hyesun. She took care of me when i was experiencing the worst pain and I felt I was in the best hands. I was given a list of possible diagnoses and a list of treatment options. She came up with a care plan we both agreed on. I cant recommend her enough!

Ms Lee was on duty when I visited Cresskill Urgent Care, an outpatient urgent care facility associated with Englewood Hospital. I have been going to this truly excellent facility for 3 years with absolutely no problems. Ms Lee I had never seen before anywhere. As with others who have had the misfortune to see this 'medical provider'. She looked at my lab orders and made an upset frustrated expression like she did not want to be practicing medicine today - to do the effort required by entering the orders in the computer & processing labs. After her initial brief consult She left the room for about 20 minutes, requiring me to locate her. She returns, says she will do one of my labs for a Dr. who had an easy to do urinalysis lab and who was not an EH physician. She disappears again. I locate her again. She rejects my blood work lab again making up lame excuses like the licensed Dr is not in the Englewood Hospital Physician Network. Ms. Lee was angry, dismissive, abrupt, uninterested.

I saw this PA at an urgent care and she was very dismissive on my symptoms which turned out to be worse than she thought. She was rude and condescending for no reason at all. Please avoid.

Hyesun was very helpful in my trip to the ER. She has a warm and caring attitude, treated my family with respect, addressed all my concerns in language that I could understand, and followed up with me afterwards. I truly recommend her as a caretaker.

Ms hong was the worst physicans assistant I have ever encountered. She was rude and dismissive about my symptoms and suggested I change my career rather then help me treat my problem. Would not recommend her to anyone who wants to be taken seriously about there health.
