I had the worse low back pain. It hurt to burp, hiccup, take a deep breath and poop in my low back. Dr. Overly did a specific soft tissue technique to work out knots in muscles which gpt muscles aroubd my low back to engage and give me support in my spine. The knots hurt to have treated but every visit I had noticable improvement. With in a view visits the pain was completely gone and I was back to normal. Highly recommend his approach.
