Was recommended here by Dr. Luna because of right leg pain. Turns out it was a pinched nerve on my lower back. The whole team was very helpful in coming up with a game plan to treat it. Couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole team has been nothing but wonderful and helpful. And I’m back to 100%.

I came to this clinic due to an ankle fracture, it was causing pain and making it difficult to walk.The therapists were extremely knowledgeable and personable in providing the right stretches to help in gaining mobility and relieving pain. I highly recommend this clinic and the therapists here.

I had a knee replacement and my therapist from Illinois recommended Surge when I was coming down here as a snow bird. They were terrific. Really got my knee to bend and to straighten out.

Rotator cuff surgery on left arm. Therapy was 3 times a week then diwn to two times a week. Therapists were always pleasant and helpful. Great place for thereapy. Would come back again if need be.

I was referred to Surge therapy for my reverse right shoulder replacement in Port Isabel, Texas.I am pleased to say that I was very limited in using my right arm n I could tie my hair in a pony tail, I wasn't able to reach my head to wash my hair etc. after 3 sessions I begin to feel my arm stretching as the plan suggested by Mr Mata truly hit the nail. I so thankful and grateful as I feel I have access to both my arms now. Awesome and friendly staff, reminded of my appointments through texts and all the staff is there to help you reach your goal!

I am very blessed to have been in the care of Dr Hugo, Terra and Arly at the Surge clinic.I came to the clinic by referral of doc. My words are not going to be adequate enough to describe my experience with this staff.I had hip replacement that was not right, 3 weeks later had surgery to repair the 1st surgery. Hard recovery!!After 7 mon, I had no improvement from pain or mobility. My hope was lost...but...my hope was restored by these 3 gentle caring people.4.5 weeks, I had no pain and my mobility back!Was able to do the happy dance on my last days!!They truly are about each patient, calls you by name when you walk in... you are treated one on one basis. Dr Mata is professional and personable. He developed a plan of care for me that included home stretching and core strengthening exercises. These exercises have helped as I am now able to walk a considerable distance further without pain and needing to stop. His office is well organized and professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr Mata and Serge Therapy!
