DR. KAGAN TOOK THE TIME IN REFERENCE TO MY COMPLAINT, REVIEWED MY CONCERNS AND PERSONALLY CALLED ME AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT TO APOLOGIZE TO ME. HE LET ME KNOW THAT HE RESPECTED AND APPRECIATED ME AS A PATIENT AND WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING TO OFFEND ME OR TELL ME ANYTHING THAT HE DIDN'T PLAN TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON.WE ALSO DISCUSSED THE MRI PROGRAM AND THAT IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT THAT THE PROGRAM WAS SLOW TO LOAD; VERY HUMBLE AND SINCERE CALL AND AT THIS POINT, I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. KAGAN TO ANYONE.
