Poor choice to have her as the urgent care provider, especially on a Saturday. She didn’t explain her diagnosis and gave no post op instructions. She was obviously tired, very pregnant and had no interest in being a medical provider that day. And she lied about the reason for our visit. It’s a real shame because the maple valley urgent care usually has very knowledgeable, caring professionals working there. The front desk girls are always fantastic and our nurse was very thorough and pleasant.

Hope Roberts has no business being a physicians assistant or treating patients. She is underqualified and extremely unprofessional. Had nothing but problems with her. She is not a doctor and it makes me sick to my stomach that they allow these underqualified physicians assistants to see patients. Makes zero sense.
