Be careful with this one
I went to see Hope for help with my adult ADHD. Got railroaded into a depression assessment. Never addressed what I went in to see her about. Within a half-hour, was told I was suicidal, which I am not (I do think I would know!). She said mid-session that she would have to report me to my family, without any regard for my family situation and whether it would be safe to 'report me' to them. I will not return to see her. Her office was not a safe space for me. And now I'm very hesitant to continue my search for help with my ADHD. Plus, I have a terrible mis-diagnosis on my health record that she refused to retract. Perhaps if your issue has to do with depression, she's the counselor for you. If not, avoid!
