Stay Away From This Place! Beware! The PA, Hope Jann, prescribed a unnecessary med to a family member which caused horrific side effects. She prescribed it even after she was told that he had an allergic reaction in the past. After being on the med for a few days, he reported to her that he was having manic side effects, and instead of reducing or stopping the med, she doubled the dose! It put him in the ER and hospital for days and he is still recovering. Stay away from this place!

Didn't not listen to anything I had to say: discharged me from her care with no explanation, was rude and arrogant.

After leaving five voicemails with no response, my daughter had to be hospitalized as Ms. Jann would not see her in time. The staff was consistently rude and appointments ran 30 mins late.

Hope Jann is a real person. She cares about me and my family members who see her. She understands that finding the right medication is a process, and she works with us on that journey toward mental wholeness. We see her in Paoli, PA, not Downingtown.
