Dr. Honour Cessac, OD

I had initially scheduled a LASIK surgery with Mann Eye after a brief consultation expressing that I was a great candidate and, seeking a second opinion, visited Dell Lasers. The contrast in the professionalism and patient care between the two establishments was striking.In an attempt to gain clarification and reconcile the conflicting opinions, I revisited Mann Eye to speak with Dr. Cessac. Unfortunately, the encounter was far from satisfactory. Dr. Cessac was condescending, refused to answer my questions, and spoke rapidly, making it difficult for me to comprehend the technical terms she used. Instead of providing the necessary information, she belittled her peers in the industry and essentially dismissed my concerns with a discouraging, 'don't do this surgery if you are having questions.'
