Dr. Ayer was supposed to be my surgeon at the end of June 2020, during the height of the Corona Virus panic. I found out from my Ins. EOB that a surgical ASSISTANT did most of my surgery-HONG SHI. No one was allowed to visit me, so I had zero patient advocate. I was in the hospital alone for 8 days in excruciating pain. The pain was in both hips, legs, feet, and from mid-back down. Prior to surgery it had only been on the left side. Now I also have severe neuropathy in both feet. Gotta thank you for that! Personal note to Dr. Ayer… do you remember being a smart mouth to my husband, saying it would take “T” “I” “M” “E”? Guess what, it’s been plenty of time, and it’s not better. You messed me up. Plus ZERO follow up after surgery. I can no longer work, after working so hard to get my MBA. I hope someone will do the same to you some day. But, you, Gwinnett and Hong Shi got your $167,000 from us and our ins. R.I.H. Guess what that means?!
