Listens to Patients
I'm very proactive and informed about health matters. Most doctors I've encountered don't really listen or engage with me when I talk about my condition, or when I ask several pertinent questions. Doctor Torgerson does listen to what I have to say and takes it into account, as she engages with me in a respectful manner before explaining her recommended course of action. And I appreciate that.
