I was seen in December for a sleep study. The company sent back my results on December 12th and I have followed up so many times with Kelly from Wilmington Health Pulmonology regarding my results. It's February 16th and I still haven't heard back from them regarding further treatment. Meanwhile, I am dealing with horrible sleep apnea, barely getting 2 hours of sleep, at risk of falling constantly and I can't even drive. I am extremely disappointed with their lame excuses about waiting for results and now waiting for someone to read my results. At first they said it took 3-4 weeks, but it's been over two months. Shame on them.

Arrived at 1:15 for 1:30 appt. due to covid-19 screen process. Actually saw Ms. Smith at 2:20. This did not sit well with me. However, she was apologetic, engaged, knowledgeable and helpful. This turned frustration and anger into a productive and satisfying interaction.
