Holly helped me cope with a traumatic experience. She also helped me to identify several issues that were causing me a lot of distress and emotional pain. She helped me develop my own goals to resolve those issues and then helped me develop the emotional and interpersonal skills to attain them. She was very responsive to my emotional state whether that was being, at the moment, sympathetic, funny, or a balancing power, but always simultaneously empathetic and objective.

I found her to be a very helpful therapist. We started in couples therapy and I am now a patient of hers on my own. More than anything I appreciate her directness in helping identify the hard truths.
