My experience with Holly Nichols has been nothing short of exceptional. She is thorough with her examinations and truly cares about her patients. She was able to answer all of my questions and put my worries to bed. It is very difficult to find a doctor with exceptional beside manner. I have been to other dermatology offices and felt brushed off and over looked. This was not the case with Holly. I strong recommend her to anyone who is looking a person who is truly passionate about their profession.

Modern Dermatology had wonderful staff. Jennifer and Kaya made my day. I sat waiting for 44 minutes for my appointment, and was brought back to a room where N.P. Nichols came in. Assumptive, Abrasive, and Cold are three words I’d use to describe this provider. I am typically a positive person but I had to leave a review. No apology for the wait and did not ask about allergies to medications, which I happened to be allergic to the anesthetic that was supposed to be given. I do not think my chart was reviewed. The NP got aggressive with me when I simply mentioned that her scheduler stated a different price. I didn't want to haggle. I had proper payment. Im used to paying out of pocket with my Naturopaths, so that wasn’t a question. However, I wanted to make sure the information was correct. I had a rough night last night with depression and this interaction made me feel terrible. Jennifer and Kaya, thanks for being kind. I would not recommend this provider based off of my experience.

it stings badly when getting something frozen she yelled at me when I slightly moved, like a crazy person, and said are you sure you want me to do the other 2, the other patients don't move??? like im a scored child...?? did not check my whole body and scalp and i have had skin cancer 3 xs I need to ne good! She said well you show me.. the ones I can see I showed but i can't see whole body unbelievable she even missed my temple area i then said well didnt you see this on my temple oh , no..i had to make her look it ends up i DO have basal cell cancer cold rude mean i feel sorry for her children beware of this one stay far away you can go undetected if u have cancer!!!!

I had a small rash on my face that Ms. Nichols took one look and decided she knew what it was without asking me any questions. That interaction was cold and lasted less than 5 minutes which was disappointing. The rash did not go away after treatment so I came back and received a new treatment. My rash is worse (3x larger than before/more bumpy and red) on top of the lack of empathy I received. I usually do not leave reviews but I do not want this to happen to anyone else. I am now seeking care from another dermatologist.

Amazing. Took the time to tell me what was going to happen. Follow up was great.
