Unconcerned
This Dr. Gardner. Needs more training on her bed side manners and the ability to evaluate a patient's without making them feel like she's ready to go see the next patient. I tried to explain what was going on with me as it pertained to pain traveling from back to my leg causing swelling in my leg, she looked unfazed. She told me that she is going to exray my hip and I need to lose weight and go to PT. Never once asking me if my current weight is the heaviest. Tiffinni who was checking me out snatched the paperwork out my girlfriend hand when she was trying to get clarification on whether I would receive a call for PT or an order of PT was given to choose a facility myself. I've been contemplating writing a review, but I had to so that this lack of concern, assumption, and very poor examination doesn't happened to anyone else.

Holly saw me quickly when a friend referred me. She got me an MRI and an injection which helped me feel better. I will probably need surgery at some point, but I need to get my bones stronger first.

Rode 2 hours for a 3 minute consultation Appointment was rushed, front desk staff were arguing with each other, was told I was short and needed to lose weight. I was on a weight loss journey before my pain and gained 10 pounds. I felt defeated and very disappointed, I never asked for a narcotics but was told it doesn’t help with pain just fogs your brain. I just wanted something for pain

feeling very unheard
I came due to a referral from a surgeon. On viewing of my MRI's she told me that I just really need to lose weight. I know that I need to lose weight, its kind of hard to do when your chest hurts and you can't take a deep breath much less do the exercises that you used to do. 'just think about it like boot camp that's, what you need to do for yourself'. Who says that? She also said that i can go a while longer without surgery? Honestly I'm just at the end of my rope.

I saw Holly. She was kind, considerate, and very knowledgable. She was able to get me in for surgery and I'm now a completely new person. I've been given life again.

Told me I was too high functioning to treat. Didn’t listen to me about my pain levels or anything. It was disheartening and I sat in the exam room crying after.
