Dr. Le was very thorough and kind. Wait time was short, did not feel rushed and Dr. Le answered all my questions eventhough it was well into his lunch hour. Thank you.

We were attended fast and the visit was overall good and very nice.

My visit was great with the doctor. My problem came after. COVID-19 hit and the office was closed, so I patiently waited to get back in because my contacts would not stay in my eyes because they were so dry. I contacted the office shortly after they reopened, as I have been working everyday. The girl answering the phone had asked me if I had tried to call while they were closed and I said no. She informed me very rudely that they did not offer free appointments after two months. I was very thrown off. She set me an appointment for the following week and said she was going to note my chart that it had been over two months since my first appointment (rudely), but that she would waive the fee and say it was due to COVID-19. I did not ask for a free appointment, nor did she give me an option to pay for a visit. She acted as if I was trying to take advantage of the situation. I back called and canceled my appointment and will pay for a full exam again from somewhere else.

The eye doctor was polite and knowledgeable.

I like that he explains my eye condition at the end and how to take care of it, and gives me choices based on my vision requirements to tailor my prescriptions! It seems like the bad reviews previously are those who really want to see Dr. Le but never scheduled nor saw him for an eye exam. I am sure they will have a great experience and exam if they actually saw him!

I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience with the staff and Dr Le. The staff are very attentive and efficient in their work. Dr Le is very patient with we me during the eye exam and always ask if I have any questions after the exam and he always answers my concerns.

Unless your into waisting a 100 dillars every single year to get your eyes examed by this con artist dont come to this lie filled excuse of a doctors office! Better off going to an understanding od whos not out to rob you of your hard earned money.

I appreciate Dr Le's expertise in his field. His office has all the latest eye equipment and technology that allowed him to detect early and properly manage my eye condition that could have led to blindness. His staff was very helpful in scheduling me to the proper specialist to further my eye care. Thanks again for your thoroughness!

I would disregard the negative feedbacks for Dr. Le. Base on my visits with Dr. Le, he is a very excellent and professional Optometrist. He always gives me honest opinions and doesn't try to get me to pay for services or things that I don't need. I have been to many other Optometrist and he is by far the best one out there.
